ORDERS AND SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped promptly.
Cancellations accepted for priority shipments by
3:00 PM PDT on the day the order is placed.
Cancellations for Express overnight orders are
accepted by 12:00 PM PDT on the day they are
received.
Overnight orders require processing by 11 am
PDT USPS $39 for USA only.

Priority International shipments cost $35 for
smaller orders and up to $60 or more depending
on weight. International order are available by
phone orders only - 415-328-8356 PST.

We ship First Class, USPS Priority and USPS
Express overnight (1-2 day, depending on location).
USPS does not ship to remote areas overnight.  If
you live in a remote area, Express overnight
shipments are not recommended. Priority is
recommended for remote areas.

UPS overnight is available until 3 pm PDT

RETURNS:
Return unopened products within 5 days business
days of purchase for full refund. A restocking fee
may apply.

Hours of operation are M-F 9-5 PST and we do not
ship, answer calls or emails beyond our office
hours.

We are closed all major holidays.
